• $250 per 75 minute Immersive Session
• $295 per 90 minute Immersive Session

Insurance and Out Of Network Reimbursement

I currently only accept HMSA (Hawaii Blue Cross/Blue Shield). 

For others with different insurance plans, I am an out-of-network provider with many PPO insurance plans. For all sessions, payment will be due at time of session. I can provide a super bill that can be submitted to your insurance for them to reimburse your bill depending on your out-of-network health benefits. Using insurance for either in network or out-of-network payment options require a mental health diagnosis.

There are apps that can help assist you with the out-of-network billing process that we can discuss during consultation. Please contact me to see how we can make therapy more accessible.

If you want to use your insurance, please call your insurance company to verify your out-of-network benefits before we begin working together. It's important feel comfortable with the financial investment you're making for your therapeutic journey. Here are some useful questions to ask:

• What is the name of my plan? Is it an HMO or PPO?

• Does my plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?

• Is pre-approval required before obtaining out-of-network services in order to be reimbursed?

• Are services rendered by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist covered? 

• If I submit a claim, will I be reimbursed the full amount I paid or a portion?

• What is my deductible? How much of my deductible have I met this year?

Payment

I accept all major debit cards, credit cards, FSA/HSA spending accounts, and Venmo. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand or you can reschedule for later in the week if there is availability. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
