IFS Immersion Sessions
With Immersive IFS Sessions (75 minutes) and Extended Immersive IFS Sessions (90 minutes) available, there is more time allowed for you to fully explore your inner system and feel effects of IFS with more continuity. While there is still a benefit to the more typical 50-60 minute session, it can sometimes feel like you're just getting started at the end of the session just to start all over again the next week. I believe that an immersive experience with IFS can be of great value for your investment for deeper healing and swift change.
